Excellent writing! The transitions occur because of the human personality imbedded in the system. It is what transfers the process across time and place. It is the a personality type that responds to unexpected challenges to gain and protect wealth when needed. It looks like a system but in fact is a culture. A sociopathic/psychopathic culture that objectifies humanity with a sole focus on wealth and power. Those in this culture know how to identify and bring in others to act on their behalf to perpetuate the process and from the outside it appears that a system has been exquisitely coordinated from the beginning. Hervey Cleckley wrote "The Mask of Sanity", 1941, to describe this personality. It is the personality responsible for all evil parts of humanity have done to others. This is the fundamental basis for all their evil.
Cleckley named the mask. The system does not require evil intent at every level. It requires people who follow incentives the institution designed. The ones at the top know. The ones below serve without needing to. The mask works because most people never look for it. That is what makes the architecture so durable. 🦋

There was some differences between a Brit and an American. My friend worked in the same capacity for JP Morgan. A much more cutthroat environment.

1. Language shapes understanding. That's why I strip out the language, and boil it down to it's basics. I.E. Loan = Issuing a credit = Federal Reserves notes = claim on money = coins in your cupholder & Treasury Bonds, money with a timelock & a coupon. With this reframing of the language, you learn to look at it from a different perspective.
2. "Don't bring problems, bring Solutions". I try to write every article with a solution at the end. I don't just write about the problems. So far, every problem I write about has the same basic 3 prong solution. Unless you read my High Value Nation article.
Read your framework. The credit distinction is solid. We're tracking the same machine from different ends. You reframe the language and hand people a path out. I strip the cover and leave the conclusion to the reader. Different tools, same target. Let's talk. 🦋
